Collectivism

Suddenly recalled a past event.
Once in a QQ group, everyone was discussing topics related to dormitory accommodation during student days. I don't remember the details clearly, but at that time I expressed some views about how students in middle school shouldn't be forced to live on campus (all the middle schools here require closed management with on-campus living), and then the topic shifted to the cultivation of collectivism. At that moment, a friend seemed to say: "Our country practices collectivism."
Seeing this statement gave me a subtle feeling; I suddenly realized that I had never thought about it before. For me, over the years from childhood to adulthood, the discomfort I felt interacting with this world and society might very well stem from this discomfort with collectivism.
In this large net woven by collectivism, although the net can breathe, it is like the ropes of mandatory accommodation that always entangle those within the net.
People should live more freely; those within the net are not people but prey.
In my view, collectivism is wrong; for the sake of "collective goals," it can sacrifice the meaning of human existence, and in the wrong direction, one can only go further astray.
